The "Biological weapons from the International Law perspective" meeting was held at the Tehran Peace Museum.
The lecturer of this section also pointed out that the protocol of the convention, which was under review by the experts of the countries for nearly 7 years was opposed by the United States, and the process of its approval was practically blocked and stopped while it was expected to be approved by the international community.
In the next section, the negative and positive dimensions of the convention and the obligations that the governments have in this field were analyzed, as well as the three approaches of the countries towards this document. The final part of the meeting was a video on the topic of youth participation in the Biological Weapons Convention, which was prepared and sent for this program by the Executive Support Unit of the Convention in Geneva. During the program, the attendees asked their questions. At the end of the meeting, participants were awarded a certificate of participation.
