An appreciation ceremony of Professor Gerhard Freilinger, the Austrian physician who treated the Iranian victims of Iran-Iraq war, specifically victims of chemical warefar was held on Tuesday, December 13th, 2016 in Cinema Museum in Tehran and in company of a number of artists, chemical weapons survivors and members of TPM and the Society for Chemical Weapons Victims Support (SCWVS).

Professor Freilinger and his companions visited various halls of the Cinema Museum which was later followed by watching the documentary, "Memories For All Seasons", a work by Mostafa Razzagh Karimi. Afterwards, the attended guests who were mostly artists and chemical weapons victims, welcomed professor Freilinger and appreciated his medical aid and service in Vienna.

At the end, an acknowledgment letter was delivered to Professor Freilinger by CEO of SCWVS and the director of TPM on behalf of all Iranian victims of chemical Weapons. To read this acknowledgment, please click here.
