Online painting gallery for the youth, entitled "Peace Means...", commemorating the anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima
Tehran Peace Museum in collaboration with Visual Arts Press holds the “Peace Means” online exhibition. This exhibition aims to enrich teenagers’ knowledge and celebrates valuable notions such as respecting human rights, non-violenceو rejecting discrimination, embracing individualism, diversity, mutual understanding and tolerance.
The project is searching for teenagers who can translate their artistic talent into peaceful messages, messages which call for a world without war and free of weapons of mass destruction.
Participants between the ages of 14 and 19 can partake in the competition. Selected artworks, will be displayed in a memorial exhibition in Japan in addition to a movie festival both commemorating the anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima.
